Randy's love for real estate started as a child, working along-side my father building homes for family and friends. My early education included building and learning about homes. I remember my family selling land for $7500 an acre and thinking it was a lot of money! Little did I know! I bought my first home in 1991 and sold it for almost twice what I paid. It was then I realized the true financial power of real estate. Since then I have built, bought and sold many homes. I started selling homes by myself. I had some tough experiences and quickly learned the value of a good real estate agent. One deal gone bad with a builder on a "New Construction" lost me thousands of dollars on a home not counting the hundreds of hours I put into constructing it. Later, a divorce almost lost my home to "Foreclosure" and "Bankruptcy" but I am forever thankful for the real estate agent who stepped up and helped me out of my troubled situation. I re-established my credit and soon after bought my next home.

It was this time in my life I decided to become more involved in real estate. In 2003 I obtained my real estate license mainly to be an investor. It was not long before I started helping others follow their dreams of owning and investing in real estate. During these years I have dealt with "Rental" property, "Lease Options", "Short Sales", 'HUD homes", "Fixer-uppers", "Buying" and "Selling" properties. I have worked with "Banks", "Builders", "Existing Homeowners" and "For-Sale-By-Owners". I have had a lot of good and some bad experiences with real estate. I have used this experience to educate and help others. I know what is involved in a successful real estate transaction. I know how to make it an enjoyable experience for you. Let me use my experience to help you! I am a long term resident of Utah and want to serve you as a Real Estate Agent. I am an E-Agent and have my GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR Institute) which is a designation held by less than 20% of agents. I am a member of the Weber/North Davis Association(WNDAR), Utah(UAR) and National Association of Realtors(NAR). I have access to the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service as well  as many other Internet Marketing Websites. I am a "Realtor" which is more than just a Real Estate Agent. I am governed and monitored by the State of Utah. I am held to the highest real estate standards. I am responsible for following the Realtor "Code of Ethics" as set forth by the NAR. I am required to know real estate contracts "with the same standard of care of a practicing attorney". I have continuing education requirements which keep me current on all the real estate rules and regulation. I searched long and hard for the right real estate company to be associated with. Keller Williams Realty is now the third largest real estate company in the nation. They continue to help me provide the best real estate services possible. In closing I would like to say, "Ask me about Real Estate".

Amy's real estate experience started when I married Randy in 2007. I was a loan officer at the time and we worked together as a team on several transactions. As Randy became busier his enticements to obtain my real estate license were fulfilled. I got my license in 2008 and soon became so busy I have changed real estate to my primary focus. My financing background has been very beneficial when dealing with the many changes that have taken place in the real estate market. The real estate transactions we have seen in the last couple years have been much more challenging than in the past. I have been very successful in becoming one of the top new agents at the Keller Williams office. We have been able to establish our roles as agents working together to serve our clients successfully. Who do you know that needs to buy or sell real estate within the next 30 days?
